YOUR PERFECT VENUE

The Mask and Wig Clubhouse is available for rental year-round. It is an ideal venue for any social or business gathering including meetings, weddings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, receptions, concerts, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and theatrical productions. The Clubhouse can accommodate groups from 40-250 people.

AVAILABILITY
  • Time: your choosing, subject to availability
  • Duration: 4-hour maximum, ending no later than 12:00AM
  • Setup/Cleanup: setup 3 hours prior to event start, cleanup 1 hour after event end

BAR SERVICE

The Mask and Wig Club maintains a catering club liquor license and we are pleased to provide beverage service on either an open bar or cash bar basis. 

Bar Packages

Mask and Wig must provide bartender service for any event utilizing the bar. We offer two beverage service options from which renters may choose:

1. TOP SHELF OPEN BAR
  • Deposit: $45 per person
  • Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Deposit includes $4 per person fee for non-alcoholic beverages (sodas, juices, mineral waters)
  • Cost: Alcoholic beverages charged by consumption, with balance due to card on file upon conclusion of event
  • Gratuity: 20% automatic gratuity added
2. CASH BAR
  • By consumption: Guests purchase their own beverages
  • Cashless bar: Credit card payments only

10% Pennsylvania liquor tax is due on all alcoholic beverage purchases. 8% Philadelphia sales tax is due on all nonalcoholic beverage purchases.

Catering

The Mask and Wig Club maintains a complete catering kitchen ready for the caterer of your choice. We are also pleased to provide caterer recommendations at no charge to help make your event successful. Rental includes tables, chairs, china, flatware, and use of kitchen facilities.  All caterers are required to be licensed and insured.

Weddings

The Mask and Wig Clubhouse is ideal not only for wedding receptions, but also as an all-in-one venue for both service and reception. Many couples hold their ceremony upstairs in the Ned Rogers Theater, then invite guests downstairs to the Grille Room while the caterer prepares the theater for dinner and dancing.

Ideal for anything from an elopement or micro-wedding to a full ceremony and celebration, consider using Mask and Wig for your special day.

Baby Grand piano use included, upright piano included in Entire Club rentals
Fireplace lit upon request
Entire Club rentals include stage use
Required staffing is a separate charge (see below)
8% Philadelphia sales tax added
